All of these ad images are from a magazine I picked up at the flea market this weekend.  It is the St Nicholas for Young Folks from September 1905.

A few weeks ago I picked up this fun magazine from July 1931 at the flea market.  I have included a few of the fun ads from the interior as well as the cover.  I particularly love the golf one.  It will be a fun Father's Day card next year.

All of these are photos of my family who left Europe for a better life. They were extremely poor and probably never imagined their children would go to college and own their own homes. Happy 4th of July to everyone.

A Bit of Americana

Both of these pages are from the back of a March 1915 Park's Floral Magazine.  I love the old clothing and ads.  I love the ad below.  "I want good men."  I will have to make a digital stamp of that one.
