Saturday Image Bonus 154

Today I am continuing to post your requests.  Lots of you asked for sewing related images.  Here are a bunch from two sewing instructional pamplets from 1920 from the Woman's Institute of Domestic Arts & Sciences.
As always feel free to use any of the images on my website in your artwork but please do not post or sell the original image on the web in a group or collection or alone. If you use one in a project and post it to your site please link it back to here or leave a comment in the comments section of the image on this site so we can all enjoy. I love to see what you create. Please be sure to leave a comment if you stop by. It inspires me to post more.

These are all brilliant, but I am curious about the one marked "figure 4". Can you tell me more about what this is?

I think the 'pin cushion' may be an emery bag for sharpening needles in...
I actually own a pair of buttonhole scissors... now that makes me feel old - they were my (late) mothers.
Love these images, thanks Cora.
