Crepe Paper Costumes

A few more of the crepe paper costumes from the Dennison booklet.  Wow they just get more and more intricate!  It is hard for me to believe that people actually made these costumes.  I love the 20's style.

Thank you so much, I love all of these! And you’re right, it is hard to imagine making these... and out of crepe paper, my heavens!

Oh, I love these so much! I'd love to try to make one just to see how it would work. I'm having problems with the center image here, though. It looks like the costumes from around the world. It isn't opening in it's big format. Thank you so much for sharing!

My Grandmother made a Little Bo Peep from crepe paper for me when I was in a grade school play.

These were the only fancy dress costumes I remember as a child! My next door neighbour back the, Eileen Lyon, was a dab hand and used to sew them on a singer sewing machine. I used to be so jealous of her children Mary, and Patricia.
